If you want to Limit the Purchase Count for a Member to One (or any Count) taking into consideration their Purchase History then this Plugin will do the job.
WooCommerce Limit Product Purchase Count is a WooCommerce Extension. Using this plugin, you can set Purchase Count Limit for both Simple and Variable Products. Purchase Count Limit can be set based on Order and Quantity. If Purchase Limitation Option is set based on Order, then a particular Product can be purchased only for x Number of Orders. If Purchase Limitation Option is set based on Quantity, then a particular Product can be Purchased only for x Number of Quantity. Once the limit has been reached and the user tries to add that Product to cart, an error message will be displayed and that Product will not be added to cart.
